After proudly serving in the United States Marine Corps, Dr. Warn earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in 1995. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for providing compassionate, patient-focused care while staying at the forefront of advancements that improve both oral and overall health.
Since becoming a dentist, Dr. Warn has been committed to helping patients improve their health and quality of life. While he has spent decades caring for patients' smiles, he has become increasingly passionate about another critical aspect of health that often goes undiagnosed: sleep-disordered breathing and obstructive sleep apnea.
Dr. Warn founded Deep Sleep Remedies because he believes healthcare providers have a responsibility to look beyond symptoms and help patients address underlying health concerns that may be impacting their lives every day. Obstructive sleep apnea is associated with an increased risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, memory problems, chronic fatigue, and other serious health conditions. In fact, untreated sleep apnea has been linked to an increased risk of life-threatening cardiovascular events, making early diagnosis and treatment critically important.
One of the most common warning signs of sleep apnea is snoring. While many people dismiss snoring as merely annoying, it can be a sign that the airway is becoming partially blocked during sleep. Snoring not only disrupts your own sleep quality, but can also rob your spouse or bed partner of the restful sleep they need. Because snoring may be a symptom of a more serious underlying condition, Dr. Warn believes that persistent snoring should always be evaluated to rule out obstructive sleep apnea.
At Deep Sleep Remedies, Dr. Warn utilizes convenient home sleep testing and collaborates closely with board-certified sleep physicians to help patients identify the root cause of their symptoms. This physician-guided approach ensures patients receive a comprehensive evaluation and an accurate diagnosis before treatment recommendations are made.
For many patients, treatment may include a custom oral appliance that gently repositions the jaw to help keep the airway open during sleep. These appliances are often highly effective at reducing or eliminating snoring while helping patients manage obstructive sleep apnea comfortably and naturally. Many patients who struggle with CPAP therapy find oral appliance therapy to be a comfortable and effective alternative.
Patients appreciate Dr. Warn's straightforward approach, attention to detail, and genuine concern for their long-term health. His goal is not simply to help people stop snoring—it is to help them sleep better, feel better, protect their health, and enjoy a higher quality of life.
While Dr. Warn remains committed to helping patients maintain healthy smiles, he created Deep Sleep Remedies because he recognized that some of the most serious health challenges his patients face don't begin in their mouths, they begin while they're asleep.
Whether you are struggling with chronic snoring, daytime fatigue, poor sleep quality, or difficulty tolerating CPAP therapy, Dr. Warn and his team are committed to helping you find answers and lasting solutions.
Because better sleep leads to better health, Dr. Warn created Deep Sleep Remedies to help patients breathe better, sleep better, and live healthier lives.

Elisa has been a valued member of Dr. Brett Warn’s team for the past two years and serves as the Treatment Coordinator at Deep Sleep Remedies. She has worked in dentistry since she was just 15 years old, giving her years of hands-on experience helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their treatment journey.
One of Elisa’s favorite parts of working with Dr. Warn is learning from his years of experience and continuing to expand her own knowledge. She loves helping patients improve their health, regain their confidence, and feel supported every step of the way.
Outside the office, Elisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Ken, and their two dogs, Luna and Wilson. She loves plants, gardening, shopping for antiques, and dreams of one day owning a farm.
Fun fact: Elisa and her husband collect keychains from the places they visit and the events they attend together.

Kayla is a Certified Dental Assistant who has been a valued member of Dr. Brett Warn's team for the past three years. She received her training at New Braunfels Dental Assistant School in New Braunfels, Texas, and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout their visit.
Kayla chose a career in dentistry because she loves helping people. After seeing a family member's confidence transformed by a beautiful new smile, she knew she wanted to be part of giving others that same life-changing experience. Today, one of her favorite parts of her job is seeing the joy on a patient's face when they finally have the smile they've always wanted.
Outside the office, Kayla enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cheering on the Oklahoma Sooners during football season. As a proud military brat, she grew up adapting to new places, meeting new people, and embracing new experiences. Those experiences helped shape the warm, flexible, and welcoming person she is today.
